• The Comic Swap can only verify graded books (cgc, cbcs, pgx, etc.). This is due to the subjective nature of grading as well as verifying that the books are without defects, alterations, etc. You can add raw books (non-graded) to your swap, but The Comic Swap can only verify that the raw books are included in the shipment, not verify to their condition.
• If you have a swap with a mix of trade/cash, use the PayPal goods and services link. this will ensure that you are protected by the PayPal agreement and are supported by their customer support team. to learn more, visit their terms and details (link below). [please note that the PayPal transaction must occur first so that both conditions of the agreement can be verified prior to the completed swap].

• If you have an issue, contact admin@thecomicswap.com within 3 days of receiving the books.
• All swaps are considered final after 3 days of the books being delivered to both locations. if there is a request to return the books, you may connect with the member but it will require both parties to agree and ship back to The Comic Swap and will incur another fee to verify the return.
